I really notice an energy difference. I did not drink coffee on first day. Day two I had morning coffee and was a little wired I am only taking one pill per day by the way. I do drink soda too most days with caffeine but have stayed away for day 3 and 4 and feel pretty good. If you feel hyped up, perhaps you could do one pill a day? But I walk around 5 miles a day, so not sitting around all day. I suspect if you take these and drink coffee you'd be pretty stoked the first hour. At night no trouble sleeping. Pills smell odd, but not like death like some complain in my opinion. So far so good, I was taking 5 vitamins, now just this one, will save cash too. Update day 5: Decided to do 2 pills spaced 6 hours a part, and they were too much for me. Jittery, without any morning coffee too. Some have said they don't get this hyped at all, but I will not be able to take 2 in a day which is good for money saving. Not sure how effective the multi vitamin side will be with only 1/2 the dose, but 1 for energy is more than enough for me. Test it out and see. Update: almost done with the bottle. One pill a day, I am impressed with these. Went off them for 3 days when on vacation and on day 3 I did feel sluggish. Went back on and felt better.

Great product very satisfied with the amount

I purchased Mega Men (original) a while back around 2015 and back then the product has one major complaint- it smelt and tasted horrible; at the time I thought I had a high tolerance for this kind of stuff but I was mistaken as the smell would instantly nauseate and burping would reinforce that. I could not finish the container back then and was cautious to purchase again but I am extremely relieved that the previous issue has been rectified; it smells and tastes like a vanilla protein mix- not exactly appealing but certainly not bad. My only complaint was the original, if I recall correctly, was one-per-day while these are two per day. I felt like the two per day should have been disclosed better on the product page though I probably would have opted for a one a day product since the cost-per-count doubles as a daily expenditure. Overall I would certainly recommend the product, it has great overall rating on several quality reviews and with the change to a palatable flavor and smell- it is still a great buy.

The taste is very much like a natural vitamin taste. If you know you know, if you don’t you don’t. It is not like a Tylenol. It’s size is also of large stature and you have to take two. However if you have ever taken a bite of food in your entire life and still have a pulse you can do it. The thickness? Oh it’s a thick bitch it’s not thin. She is a big girl in a big world, and you need to know. Also you need to consume this beast with food. If you don’t it is like sadden Hussein is in your stomach. It is a battle. Luckily my military is well funded and a couple of Tums took out their defenses. However just be weary. All in all I would recommend, my metabolism is father Nicholas Cage in 60 seconds with the “go baby go” button pressed the whole time. Another bonus is when you go pee the first time after it is neon in color (probably because of all the vitamins in it) (Niacan turns you red Thaimine turns you yellow) (thanks House M.D. for teaching me more than the public school system). Anyways back to the bonus is if you are in the woods and you need a light source you got it.

The product is great but the package was smashed!

I'm just starting these vitamins but have used other gnc vitamins. They do not give me am overwhelming amount of energy but when I took the full dose of two it did make an improvement in how much energy i had. Ive been trying too loose weight since covid and it comes and goes so I took a break and quit drinking. I hope that these vitamins might help and I'll post an update!!
