Durable. Fantastic customer service.
We purchased this to reduce plastics our food comes to contact with in our kitchen. The product is extremely well built. The crazy part: The one time, we had it running for over 30 minutes, it stopped working and we thought we broke it. So we ordered a new set, and their customer service ACTUALLY reached out to us about why we had needed to order a new set, helped us troubleshoot and fix (a small reset button needed to be flipped) and cancelled our new order. Mad respect🫡 . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Price and usability.
Very good and practical since it comes with multiple size and functions like chutney, dry grinding, etc. Happy with the quality.

Jar Quality
Mixie grinder is great for home use but Jar quality is not good its broken. After fixed using adhesive it is not fixable

Very Noisy and doesn't work properly
The product that got is not working properly and is very noisy. Even my neighbours can hear when I turn on the mixer.
