I've always loved Blue Diamond pans. Top quality!

Awful pans, cold spots, non stick lasts about 2 weeks if you're lucky.. the amount of wasted food I have had due to these things is shocking. I tried reseasoning but these things ended up thrown in a fit of rage on the garden one by one after a frustrating experience watching my eggs/meat/everything stick and end up wasted and burnt. I'd never but from this company again and I recommend others stay away too. If you cook more than one meal a week these things will not serve you at all..

Useless on induction. Everything sticks even with plenty of oil. Heat distribution is very poor.

Barely 1 month in, and the none stick coating wears away. A few weeks later and it is completely unusable. Even after letting to soak for hours, it is a nightmare to clean the pan and get all food off of this. I used intermittently alongside 2 other pans, followed instructions of medium heat only, and never used dishwasher. Wish I could get a refund, will have to throw away. Terrible products.

Don't buy these pans if want something that will last more than a couple of months. I have had them for 3 months - I have washed by hand and used only plastic utensils - but both the pans now stick even with a lot of oil. They are rubbish and I'm asking for a refund.

After 3 weeks using the results dont get a y better. I tried eggs, chicken, steak, vegetables, with oil, without oil, with butter, low, medium an high temperature, EVERYTHING STICKS. Got to this point now that is impossible to clean. I had IKEA pans that were better than this diamond BS, and repeat this was with less than 3 weeks of usage, it became impossible to clean.

What a shame! It worked perfectly fine for the first 5-6 times, however after that the coating had worn off and everything sticks to the bottom even when you use lots of butter/oil. Will have to bin it unfortunately! And I’ve never put this in the dishwasher as I’m very careful with my non stick cookware

Ouiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ! Enfin des poêles qui n'attachent vraiment pas. Cela fait un peu plus d'un mois qu'on les a et quel bonheur. Bien sûr, on les traite bien : pas de côté vert de l'éponge ou de grattoir (mais pas besoin puisque ça n'attache pas), pas de lave-vaisselle. Astuce : on met uniquement quelques gouttes d'huile d'avocat (plus haut point de cuisson), pas besoin de plus (et du coup la bouteille, même un peu plus chère, fait longtemps). Bref, on recommande :-) La grand poêle est très grande pour info :-D

Have bought a lot of frying pans and none seem to live up to their promises. These pans are a bit pricey but are very nice to use and clean easily. They heat evenly and so far so good for the non stick, non scratch promise. They say these pans can be put in the dishwasher but have been hand washing as feel they will last longer that way. Have not had them long enough to know how long the pans will last.

The pans have very good weight to them which means they have good heat retention and the build quality is very good which gives one confidence while working with them. The non-stick coating has been working like a charm so far and I have not noticed any scratch on it after 5 months of use (has to be said that I am very careful with them while cooking and washing)

Dont waste your money! The eggs start sticking after only three washes !!!! Terrible!
