I contemplated what would be a good gift for a guy that said he'd NEVER own a Harley...and then went out and got one! Well, since you already get a "bad-ass" attitude, a "mean face" and a goatee when purchasing a Harley (you know, for when you're not at home with the wife and kids, driving your minivan with Harley bumper stickers placed all over it, or going "business casual" at the office) the only thing left to buy as a gift was a leather vest to add to the "bad-ass" vibe every Harley owner radiates. Since I really thought the ultimate gift was to actually buy some more "miles" to add to his Harley, since most HD owners have only "racked up" miles from their "once a month" poker runs and the Sunday morning rides to "meet the guys" at the local doughnut shop, I realized this just wasn't a gift one could purchase. My next thought was to fork out an additional $75 for an "official" Harley Davidson T-shirt that's "Made in Taiwan" but since he only wears collared shirts that was out of the equation. And given the fact that a Harley gift card wold only cover a small portion of the amount needed for, well, basically ANY part as "HD" also refers to "Hundred Dollars" - which is in reference to the increments one has to pay for even simple parts, like tire valve stem caps or "Official Harley Davidson brand" chrome polish in the 5 ounce jar - I thought to get him... The "manly" Official Harley Davidson Ken doll! I mean, what more could any Harley owner want than a scale model replica of themselves to look at when they're at home completing Honey-do lists and their wives only allow them "motorcycle time" when the household chores are done, the kids are at a play date and the wife has a pedicure scheduled. Or those days when he just isn't able to ride due to "something" breaking down on his machine or the ever-famous "oil leak from nowhere" that forces yet another trailer-ed trip to the nearest Harley dealership. The best part...he loves it!

I ride an 04 lowrider and I was looking at craigslist, just browsing and there was an add there for a biker barbie. I did not know they even made something like this. He was asking 175 or best offer. I made an offer of 50. Then thought to do research on amazon to see if I could find out about it. I bought this from amazon for a little over 18. I will always check amazon first. I love the doll. She is my gift to me.

The second my daughter opened this to play, the pants, jackets, and backpack turned to flaky dust. It was a huge mess to clean up and only the plastic parts survived. The rest is trash.

I've been searching for this Barbie for several years. It has always been too highly priced. So glad to have found it at a reasonable price. The shipping wasn't as fast as I would have liked (it took two weeks to arrive) but it was in fantastic condition.
