Knee Sleeves Weightlifting Men & Women, 7mm Neoprene Knee Sleeves for Women and Men, Ideal for Cross Training WOD, Squats, Powerlifting

I'm back to living the gym life after a few years away, and my knees haven't appreciated the wear and tear of putting on a few extra pounds on top of old injuries. I have used wraps in the past, but this is my first pair of sleeves. I found the price point of some of the bigger brands a bit daunting where I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted, so I gave these a shot. I leave them on start to finish for my squat sessions, and my knees love them. Good compression and heat retention, and the support works great moving into heavier sets in the ~1.5x bodyweight range. Fit was true to measurement instructions, and the price point is nice. I think I would personally prefer them to be a little longer, but that's a minor complaint. I turn them inside out to dry outside of my bag after training sessions, and I have had no odor issues so far. Good purchase 👍

Good sleeves. I use the once every 2 weeks or so on my heavy leg day so I'm not putting a ton of wear on them but they have held up well. Good flex with my squats and firm support with my leg extensions. I definitely feel the difference when I don't use them. Worth the purchase.

I somehow keep losing these, so I've ordered them three times. All size Medium. The third order was WAY too tight. I was already on my trip and used them anyway, but I think I was pretty close to actually damaging my leg after several hours on the ski slope. With the right size, these are a good product, but sizing needs to be consistent to avoid hurting customers. Edit--increased from 2 to 4 stars because MAVA has really tried to make this right. They sent another pair of sleeves. They are also a little too tight--same as the ones I got in January 2024 and tighter than the ones I ordered in 2021. The actual difference is only 1/2 inch in circumference, but it's enough. Anyway, I've had good success with the older and slightly larger ones being comfortable and protecting my knee and virtually eliminating pain on steep hikes. I'd recommend a purchase, but be ready to replace them with a different size if needed. And one last thought--these have been great for hiking, but maybe a tight compression sleeve is not such a good idea to combine with cold, like downhill skiing. My leg was actually grey below the knee after half a day skiing in these. It pinked back up after a hot shower and some rest, but compression plus cold--maybe a bad plan.

Very durable and really helps stabilize the knee. I probably could’ve gotten and size up, but this works well for me. To wash, I just throw it in with other like items and air dry.

These knee support braces are absolutely outstanding with great customer care. And, the price is $30 less than other identical braces from other top companies. In fact, I loved them so much I bought a second pair! I wear one on my right knee all day and simply add the second when lifting heavy at the gym. By the way, my knees measure large size (14.6”) yet bought medium. I love the way they fit—not too tight at all! The customer service is so good that they even included a tape measure so we can measure before buying other items! Wow, I’m impressed with the little details. I will definitely shop for their other products. Buy them you won’t be sorry!

Update: Part 1- I recently purchased these Mava knee sleeves. I made sure to measure my knee with the directions on the product page. When my sleeves arrived the fitment was perfect, just enough stretch to need to roll them on but onece in place they were perfect. The issue I have that makes the product only one star is during the second set of squats the sleeve got very loose. When I looked at it, the stitching down the back of the sleeve had completely pulled apart. I’d hope this was a fluke but after several years of powerlifting I finally bought a set on recommendation and couldn’t even get through a set before they broke. Part 2- Customer Service: Mava customer service is one of the best experiences I have had with any customer service in as long as I can recall! Once they heard I had an issue, they contacted me the next day! The replacement sleeves were on their way to my house before the ink was dry on my return label. They showed genuine concern for the issue with their product as well as my opinion. I sit right in between sizes based on their sizing chart and they recommend moving up a size if you are on the high end. They made sure I was aware of the correct method of measuring and replaced the defective sleeves without question. Product: My Mava knee sleeves fit well, not quite as snug as I’d prefer but they don’t slip up or down with use so I am pleased with the fit. The feel of the sleeve is solid and stitching is more durable this time. The sleeves do exactly what they are made for during a lift, my knees stayed warm and loose with no discomfort whatsoever. Thank you Mava Team for your prompt attention and genuine concern for your product and your customer! I look forward to many more lifts with these sleeves! My only regret is that I left them home when I went snowboarding for the first time, I could have used the extra warmth and cushion!

I am only giving 3 stars because I can’t say anything about how they actually function. I am a small person (5’1 about 115-120lbs) and these were WAY too small for me. I could barely get them over my calves. Order a size or two bigger than you think.

Ho acquistato queste ginocchiere da 7mm perché volevo tenere al sicuro le mie ginocchia durante le sessioni di allenamento. Ho da poco iniziato a praticare crossfit ed ero terrorizzato dal forzare sulle ginocchia. Il prodotto è un ottimo supporto, ti fa sentire al sicuro, il neoprene fa il suo dovere e mi ritengo soddisfatto. La vestibilità è buona, stringono come deve essere e i materiali sono di qualità. Considerate che le lavo in lavatrice due volte a settimana e non hanno ceduto di un millimetro.

These knee sleeves are really warm, tight around the joint and do not slip down while performing exercises. Feel far more comfortable and confident while squatting and in general wear in the gym.
