can you use this with resin to use on wood?

Yes I use on 6mm ply and is great.

Can i use this for lip balms and body products

I've not used it for lips or body. It is made of copper, zinc and magnesium so not really sure. Sorry.

Can this be rubbed onto dry clay as an embellishment

I haven’t tried this on dry clay but I should think it would be fine. I use it to mix with epoxy resin and acrylic paint.
