It’s slightly loose but you can adjust with Velcro - however the Velcro does catch on the cover itself and it snags it a little bit. Review: Not worth the money - Having read about this and then seeing the item, I'm surprised at how thin this is. I don't forsee it lasting any longer or washing any better than the thin bit of tubing the hospital gave me for my picc line cover. I wish now, that I had saved my money and brought some tubi grip from the local pharmacy for the would do a far better job than this item.
