Best solution to that old bottle and brush.
The least messy, easiest to use most precise method of applying flux before soldering your connections. Every kit should have one.

If you do electronics, you need a flux pen
I’ve been working on a few projects and this pen is a life saver. It quickly applies just the right amount of flux to clean the metal while soldering. There is no mess. I’ve used these pens for years and I swear by them. Highly recommend!

Super high quality product the best in its class!
The items quality and it's a great company that makes these.. definitely good working on some arcade parts for cleaning the solder and even old crusty stuff on the PCB boards and contacts. Only giving it four stars because the shipping took like 2 weeks. I've never had anything from Amazon take that long it was obviously not coming from a warehouse but from a private seller coming from the East Coast and I live on the west coast. But outside of that the product is amazing and everything that it should be so if you don't mind waiting a little extra you're going to get a great product at a great price!

Not a NO CLEAN flux
If you use this flux please keep in mind that this is not a no clean flux. If you leave this flux on the board it may interfere with sensitive circuits (such as clock oscillators). As long as you are alright with that, this is a very nice flux with good viscosity and cleaning properties.

Best Flux I'v Ever Used
I've tried lots of different fluxes, including several from Kester. I honestly don't know why they even sell anything else. This flux is, without even a close second, the best flux I've ever used. If you think you're an ok solderer but it's not easy, get this flux. Throw away everything else you've ever bought, and use this instead. After using it, get the board wet (powered down, of course) and just brush off the flux. It's water soluble. Seriously, why do they even sell other stuff?

Worked like a charm.
I was having a hell of a time getting some audio quality 4% sliver solder to stick to some rhodium plated connectors. I got this pen, used in on the rhodium plating and the solder finally adhered properly, pretty amazing!
