Frequent buyer of these for good reasons!
I buy these a LOT! First, it’s covered with my Flex Savings Account (FSA). Yay! Second, it helps to get rid of toe or leg cramps within a minute after drinking a glass of this! (Seriously : about one minute and my toe cramps are gone!). Third, I just feel better after drinking one. It has enough vitamins and electrolytes that keep me feeling hydrated and helps my immune system. (I drink one packet a day, when I remember to make a glass. The taste is quite good, too, but can be a bit sweet. I use a 16-oz pint glass per packet.)

I drink one of these per day! It helps me hydrate and the flavor is great! I dilute with more water then recommended to have it last longer and soften the flavor! I opt for these over the hydration sticks.

Good overall
Slight bitter taste compared to the liquid version sold in stores. If I drink too much I start to taste a weird flavor but other than that it’s good. Maybe get a different flavor🤷🏽♀️
