I am confused about the size of this mirror. Is the length 14" or 12''? Is the hight 18.5" or 11.8''?

Honestly the mirror it’s self is about 11.5 x 8 like a piece of paper. It does the job

Today i received my package and when i opened it there wasn’t any cord or plug in available. am i supposed to buy the cord separately. not happy

Mine came with a cord. Just contact the seller and see if they will send you a cord.

Received this as a gift but cannot turn on. Is this supposed to come with a power source? Only received the mirror and magnifier.

Yes a cord & mirror came with mine. Contact manufacturer
