Works as they should.
Works as advertised. I work in a warehouse and the packs keep my cooler cold all night. I'm happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Did Not Stay Cold Long
I was disappointed that these lost their ability to keep things cold a little too quickly.

Ice packs works very well!!!
Worked pretty well thru hot weather and being stuck in a hot car for over 8hrs! Got our food home cold after a 4hr drive!!!

Terrible customer service, good product.
Product works grest for extended time, however, absolutely terrible customer service. One of the 12 leaked. Contacted customer service. They wanted pictures, took them and sent them. Heard nothing for about 2 weeks. Emailed again, they said I didn't reply to their email and they want pictures again. Sent email and pictures again. Reply again stated "sorry for your convenience" "let know issue." Sent another email, reply with broken email reply and wanted pictures. I stated they have been sent. This has gone on over a month, 9 emails 4 w pics. All I asked for was a replacement for a leaking item which is a manufacturing defect. I even offered to send the original back and they denied that. **finally got a replacement, 1 mo, 1 wk later** no response to emails.
