I love this foot spa so much I ordered a 2nd one for my daughter's birthday. I have a heel spur on one foot. If anyone has had these they are very painful. I love the massage function and the heated water. No more cold foot baths after a few minutes. This has so many nice features: collapsible, remote to control heat, massage and a timer, splash guard (no more water on the floor) and carry handle with drain. Look no further, I highly recommend!

I don’t see any opinion to contact the seller. I can’t find her email address. So the second day I used the controller it stopped working. After the next I’ve to keep press the bottom very hard to turn on, sometimes it took 30 minutes to turn on. So the remote got lost I’m just wondering if the seller can replace me another remote please.

OK, the things i really like. it is deep and can hold a lot of water, love the roller type massage. it doesn't hurt you feet and feels good. it heats well so far. I have read some reviews that said it stop heating after a few months or less. Now for the dislikes. the air bubbles is a joke. it is located in the rear between your two feet at the heels and it has no value to the massage at all. the remote doesn't always work when in use, i would have to remove the feet to get it working. the location of the temp gauge can't be read unless you turn the air off and remove your feet because it is located under water in the rear of the unit. I wish the back of the unit was tapered a bit so not to hurt your lower legs as much. that is all for now. going to keep it

I absolutely love this foot spa!!!! (Some) Clients don't really like the massage balls but it's great and gets hot pretty quick! I love that it turns off on its own after being on for a while...

I was a bit skeptical based on some of the reviews for this machine as it is pretty new on Amazon. Mine arrived in perfect condition, very easy to set and has been used 5 or 6 times already. It has performed very well. All the features are well thought out and work exactly as I expected and You won't find a better price for all these features in one collapsing tank. Heats, times, bubbles, and massages perfectly, no leaks, no issues, used with foot soap and epson salt. I wish the chord was a little bit longer.

The tub is great and as advertised but the remote is cheap and shoddy, only functioning intermittently after a lot of fiddling and positioning the batteries just so. Tub features do not work without the remote so this is a big deal. Edit: My remote ceased to work at all after only 1 use. I reached out for a replacement unit and several days later, received shipping confirmation. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting, I received notice that my shipment was delayed. When attempted to check the status several days later, all record of the shipment had disappeared. The unit was never shipped at all, there is no replacement forthcoming and the seller has now offered me a $15 dollar refund for just the remote, leaving me with what is essentially a $60 bucket. I am of course disputing this through Amazon and returning the entire product for a full refund so I can purchase a working product from a reputable seller.

The heat worked wonderfully, the bubbles were great, too, but the massagers needed a little more pressure to really work my feet, though I have a highly threshold for my feet being worked on. Kinda ruins the relaxation if you have to press your feet down, but finding the right chair & sitting angle also helps. My roommate said it was perfect for him just putting his feet in. Easy to clean and break down for stowaway.

I've tried many of the highly rated foot spas on Amazon and this one is by far the best in my opinion. Having all the controls on the remote is ideal. The 5 ball shiatsu massagers are powerful and by far best in class! The temperature is displayed in F° which is ideal for me as an American. I own both colors of this foot spa and use one of them every day. Highly recommended!
