2-in-1 Thai Traditional Hand & Foot Massage Wooden Stick Tool

Ok, so I bought these things and was very skeptical. It took a couple weeks to get here but as soon as I opened the bag, all doubts were quickly dissipated. I do heavy computer work and go to the gym frequently so my forearms and between the index finger and thumb were constantly tight. I mean, like really tight where it hurt. The first minute I used these things I was blown away how great it felt. Just looking at these things, one would think they could use a pen or any rounded object to do the same thing. I thought that, too, but I was wrong. These things have a permanent spot at my desk. You may wonder if you need both because you can find them separately. Get both because they compliment each other. The wood is awesome as is the craftsmanship.

I'm learning reflexology on myself and it's difficult to do the positions, apply the needed pressure, etc. I have arthritis in my thumbs which makes it even more difficult. But now I have the reflexology sticks. These sticks are saving wear and tear on my thumbs and fingers and making it so much easier to do reflexology. Shipment is from overseas so it takes more time for them to arrive in your mail, but it's worth it! These sticks are worth 3 times the amount charged. This order is a steal - you won't find a better buy!

Great reflexology tools! They are high quality, very easy to use and the price is very reasonable. It's great for the feet and hands. Unless you are a professional, there is really no need to buy the 6 or 8 piece pack - I was considering the larger pack and I am very happy that I chose the 2-piece one, which is more than sufficient.

Took a very long time to ship, but worth it. These are great tools and come with a fabulous reflexology chart. I have scar tissue from multiple surgeries on my feet and ankles. Lotion and these tools help to break it down, and provide good relief in tight areas. Would definitely recommend, as long as you're not in a hurry to receive.

I use this for my feet. I have heel spurs and even after getting some inserts and changing up my shoes I still had problems. I saw a video on someone using things close to these. This is the best I found for the price. Sturdy pieces, I have to really put pressure in the arch of my foot to massage it, these do the job. I've used these on sore muscles and lightly for back pain as well. Works great.

This is a high quality product. It did take some time to arrive, but I was aware that it would. I have been using reflexology for the past three months and it has greatly improved my health. Mental clarity, energy, digestion. Unfortunately, reflexology takes great pressure and accuracy which can be hard on the hands. These tools supply the pressure needed and ensure accuracy in reaching the pressure points. I recommend this product.

It's ok, but pieces are smaller than I expected and the tips aren't that versatile for larger areas. It's extremely inexpensive, so for the money not bad. But, I would have passed for a little better and more functional set.

Works great - and the price is unbelievable! The only issue I have is that the tool with 4 extensions is awkward to handle, but for the price that even included shipping I'll deal with it. MY neuromuscular therapist wanted me to get a $65 tool - although that one is a fascia blaster. You can find fascia blasting type tools at TJMax for about $10-15.
