These neck or leg pillows are perfect! We use them for our neck when reading or watching a movie on a big screen. We use them for keeping knees cushioned for bony legged side sleepers. They smell wonderfully of soothing lavender. They have zippers to open the outside plush cover as well as the interior case. You can unzip the interior one to adjust the fullness by removing some of the buckwheat husks. You can easily remove and wash the covers. We've tried lots of neck pillows, but these far surpass any foam or bead filled ones.

This neck pillow is very soft and comfortable. I used it on a cross country road trip and I was so glad I had it.

I’ve had this for about a week and it took me about two days to really get the softness level I preferred. When I received it, the inside was super packed. After two days I removed almost 3 cups of the buckwheat hulls but I was able to get it to my comfort level.It’s soft, supportive, comfortable, and the outside liner is easy to remove, wash, and replace. I even added a little bit chamomile and sandalwood oil to my buckwheat hulls. But only a few drops, as the last time I did this to a pillow I added too much and it ended up staining that inner hull pouch.

I retired after almost 23 years of having my own clinic and working in massage and physical therapy. Every day, without fail, I sit in my recliner at the end of the day, I put my feet up and I tuck this pillow behind my neck. During the summer, I'll put it into the freezer on my way out the door so it's nice and cool when I get home. I bought it on 30 July of 2021, from the 'Zon, this listing. I can't tell you how many times I've washed the cover. I can tell you that the seams have not frayed, the zipper is still perfectly functional and intact and the pillow itself has no worn spots and has lost none of the buckwheat hulls. Even the piping is still neat and tidy.I have scoliosis so when I sleep, I have this little pillow under my neck, on top of my regular pillow and it gives me the right alignment and comfort so I can sleep really well. I didn't realize I'd had it this long until a friend came over today and I reminded her to get one of these. I'd previously shown her how important positioning is and that it's easy to do. She was surprised at how comfortable she felt. As with most things, it's all in the details!I like the washable cover and wash it by machine but hang it up to dry to prevent shrinkage. I like that the hulls can be be pushed into the shape I want and they stay put until you move or change the density. It's really easy to get them to conform to the curves of your body. It's renewable and non-toxic to the environment. All that for less than $25.

4/3/23 I’ve been using this pillow for 4 months, the neck pain decreased about 65-70%I place the pillow underneath my neck w a down goose pillow on my head. The thoracic pillow keeps my neck from rolling over. I no longer wake up w pain behind my head andears. I love this so much, I am placing a reorder for the sofa bc I keep on having to back and forth for the pillow. I believe the pillow cover is washable. Not the pillow, only the velvet case. Love love love!I’ve been researching for a buckwheat neck pillow, most are $35 for the pillow alone. This one has a plush material w scented lavender. I lived w 2 herniated discs: one at cervical and the other lumbar which rendered me in chronic pain 24/7. It has been 5 days since I received this pillow, and it is helping ease the herniated discs alongside chiropractor adjustments. What I learned, while the chiropractor adjust the spine, how I sit or lay will correct the spine. I also place this pillow at lumbar, below the knees, and other times straight up against the spine while sitting in recliner. So many great ways to use this pillow. Highly recommend. Btw, I’m 5’2” female the width and height was perfect for me. Other pillows were 6” wide which is too high. Remember, we don’t want to go too high of Pillow bc that will put the cervical out of alignment. I found the firmness to be perfect and bends to the neck as needed. Memory foam would eventually collapse; this buckwheat pillow retains shape. Perfect. Just perfect early Christmas to myself 😊

This smells awful. Not like lavender at all. Returning.

I bought this for my husband last year for his birthday as he has chronic neck and headache issues. He told me it was his favorite gift so far! This helps him get into a comfortable position to sleep in at night and helps alleviate some of his neck/headache pain.I can see how some would think it’s a little firm, which it is, but you can remove some of the filling if you don’t need/want it so firm. It has a slight lavender scent, but it quickly fades. So if you’re sensitive to smells you could probably leave it out of the box somewhere for a couple of days and it wouldn’t be as strong or possibly gone.My daughter and I even occasionally borrow his pillow and am contemplating buying our own, we all fight over it that much!I think the price is a little high for what it is, but it definitely provides the support that is needed for your neck. It provides much better support than memory foam or bamboo neck rolls, plus the buckwheat/lavender helps it keep its shape for a long time!
