I was super excited to get this, I’ve always wanted one of these. I got this for a white elephant present, I couldn’t test it out beforehand if it worked or not because I don’t have an adapter nor a headphone jack.Luckily the person that won the gift did and we tried it out. The microphone is not like a real life one that you can hear yourself talking. It’s after you record the audio and disconnect the microphone that you can hear it work.So IT DOES WORK JUST NOT HOW YOU WOULD EXPECT, or at least how I expected.

I bought one of these microphones after seeing some streamers using miniature ones just like this, so I figured it would be able to work with an AUX port on my Bose speaker(Soundlink Revolve+ II). Unfortunately, that and the computer I tested it on didn't seem to register it/barely registered it with absolutely no gain. I didn't receive any audio feedback whatsoever suggesting it was working on either, even though the PC technically recognized it. When I tested it on my phone, however, it was very clear quality and even registered a finger tap on it.In short, this works for phones(and supposedly other mobile devices, like tablets), but seems to only be limited to that functionality as of my time of writing this.I can't say it doesn't work, but I was expecting more for an AUX microphone. I expected it to basically turn any AUX port speaker into a portable PA system or to work as a high quality minimalist PC microphone, but this does seem to strictly be for mobile devices from what I tested.

Wish I delve deeper into the reviews ughhh! Doesn't work on computer and it isn't working on my android phone either. Lame purchase! And the instructions aren't even really instructions.UPDATE: got it to work on phone and laptop. My PC still will not recognize it though.

Microphone quality is great. For the price you are buying it, it makes a huge difference. If you need to buy an adapter for Iphone, you MUST buy one that is for AUDIO NOT HEADPHONES, these are not as common to buy. There is also microphones on Amazon you can buy that are already suited for Iphone. The adapter I recommend is a 3.5mm TRRS (Female) to Lightning (Male) Audio Adapter by BOYA (10-15$). The pop filter that comes with the mic is definitely needed to stop that popping sounds while talking. If you plan to buy from a different store, I would make sure that they have the pop filter included like this one does!

I was excited to finally get a microphone for my guitar and this was cheap. i understand it's probably not going to be the greatest simply because it's so cheap but it's almost unusable for a guitar. from what i have tested, it works decent for singing or any vocal related things but even putting the whole microphone inside or by the sound hole of the guitar without the filter and with the volume boosted as far as it can on my recording software, it still was too quiet. amplifying leaves sound distortions and you're better off just using your phone's microphone at that point so im a bit disappointed. I would have gave it one star but i guess i could use it for vocals even though i dont sing.

Después de leer casi todos los comentarios y ver muchos negativos diciendo que no funcionaba aun así lo quise comprar por que se me hace tierno y si no funcionaba iba para mi colección de miniaturas.Compré este adaptador para poder usarlo con el celular: UGREEN Adaptador USB C a Jack 3.5 mm, DAC Chip HiFi Audio Adaptador para Auricular.Me recomendaron específicamente el que dice "DAC"Grabe y no se escuchaba aun y que el celular reconocía el micrófono y me avisaba que estaba grabando con micrófono externo.Intenté con el iPad por que no necesitaba el adaptador y paso lo mismo.En algún punto quité el micrófono y volví a poner los videos y me di cuenta que no se escucha si tienes el micrófono puesto y en realidad si funciona jajaja 😅No es la mejor calidad pero para el precio está bien.EN RESUMEN: si funciona pero para escuchar el video tienes que desconectar el micrófono.
