How many mm thick is this and does it have silicone bumpers on the bottom to protect your countertop?

The new and current versions does have protective pads on the base to protect countertops. The acrylic thickness is 5mm.

Any suggestions on how to prevent the sharp edges on the four top corners from hurting you?
