The first best thing about this is it's aroma. You already feel hungry as soon as you open the bag. The next best things is ready to eat for sports persons like me before I hit the road on bike or feet. The third best things is its taste.

A wholesome and delicious mixture of happiness for a vegan. It's one of the few meals a vegan can easily make (add almond/cocunut milk, and tada it's ready), and enjoy in the shortest duration. I have already tried a few different brands but with Fit & Flex, I am 100% satisfied. Sometimes, I add it into my other meals just to enhance the taste of the meals.

Not as expected
It does not have a lot of oats, mostly rice puffs. The dried fruit is too hard to eat, maybe it softens with milk but I eat it with yogurt. Overall it does not taste bad, but I would not call it Granola.
