I bake a lot and love this line of bakeware. It is so easy to clean and is worth every penny. I have made brownies frequently. Baking time has been a few minutes less it bakes a tad faster. Very easy to use and frankly I highly recommend this. Pro tip always use a foundation of light butter and flour so it does not stick. Or Wilton Cake Release Pan Coating which is amazing.

This silicon pan releases very easy, it's very well made and cleans up easily.

I have thrown out so many “non-stick” pans within 3 months after making frittata weekly because I can no longer clean them. This pan is amazing. Nothing has stuck to it yet. There is no wire or metal so it needs a little support. I just put it on a cookie sheet when baking

I have been using this pan for just two months and although it is the best silicone pan on the market, I am not loving the light tan color. It is showing major signs of use and I never use it in the oven over 425 degrees. It is gradually turning a solid brown in color and this is after handwashing and putting into the dishwasher. See pics. The pros of this pan is that it is made from silicone, and it is very durable and substantial. The cons about this pan is the light tan color and the confetti effect from the silicone mold. Check out my second pic which shows where a fleck of confetti literally burnt off while in the oven. I would love this pan more if it was produced without the confetti effect and produced in a dark color. I think this pan will last for many more years, I just wished that it did not look so old after just using for less than two months and I only use it once or twice a week to heat up chicken nuggets. Again, love the high end materials and design of this pan, just wished it would be made in a darker color without the unnecessary confetti effect.

This is something I wish I had years ago. Nothing sticks in it and it washes up easily. Just be careful if cutting with a sharp knife as it can cut the pan.

This pan is great! I use it for my homemade cinnamon rolls and love the fun confetti pattern for presentation! Although I haven't used cooking spray on this pan so can't really say if that's an issue, I had used it on a muffin tin from this same collection and found it discoloured the silicone. If you need to grease these pans I would suggest rubbing them with butter or oil but don't use cooking spray.

This was my first time using food grade silicone and it worked great. The brownies couldn't come out any easier. The bottom does not have any rigidity at all so you have to cook on a flat surface if that is important to you. I recommend this product and have actually started buying more food grade silicone products because of how well this one worked.

Il cuit à la perfection quiche, tarte et autres plats. Par contre le fond semble très fragile, un coup de couteau et il est déchiré. Pour mon dernier (c'est le 3ème), je ne me rappelle pas avoir utilisé le couteau, la découpe se faisant facilement par démoulage hors du moule. Donc à voir si celui-ci résistera ou si c'est une faiblesse
