You can always plug another mic into another open USB port on your computer. However, this camera has an EXCELLENT mic, it's one of its greatest selling points (much better mic than on my $3k macbook pro), so you might want to wait before buying another mic.

Step 2: Unpack and install the software. For Mac users, you should go to System Preference>Secutity & Privacy>General >Open Anyway, and then you can install the software on your Mac. Step 3: Choose your NexiGo webcam in the app, then you can adjust the camera parameters using the app.
