Bosch never disappoints. Its quality is superb and an excellent price.

I was looking for a lightweight cordless grinder in addition to my 230V grinder. Just to avoid permanently changing discs for cutting and deburring. Now I ended up swapping discs at the Bosch grinder because it's so handy.The most exciting thing about the grinder is the weight. It feels light as a newspaper. Grinding with one hand is a joy and it surprised me how much more precise cuts become if the grinder is lighter and well balanced.Quality so far feels good. Time will tell. Another pro is the switch. Perfectly placed and easy to switch on and off. At least for right handed people.Battery consumption feels the same as with my Bosch circular saw. After reading a couple of negative reviews in terms of battery consumption I expect to charge batteries more often. But this wasn't the case.Regarding power the grinder is not intended for heavy grinding. But I had no problems to cut 15mm steel plates or thick walled two inch pipes with 1mm discs.My only concern is now if I should sell my corded grinder?

I should have bought one of these ages ago, it's quickly become my "old faithful" and my corded versions are sat on the shelf gathering dust, wood shavings and metal particles !I bought this as a treat to myself having relied on the cordless versions for so many years. Very impressed with the power of this thing, hard pushed really to tell the difference with the corded version it's now replaced. The guard adjustment is a bonus (my corded version needs a screwdriver to adjust it).I've used it for everything I used to use the corded one for, metal cutting, metal grinding, flapper disks for cleaning metal and for shaping wood. It's done everything I've asked of it and doesn't seem to eat batteries like I thought it would.

Fantastic tool, easy to handle

Angle grinder is light weight and powerful, easy to use and allows for accurate cuts.Small negatives:Handle attachment feels cheap and doesn’t match the quality of the grinder.The on/off switch also feels a bit cheap like it may give up with time and isn’t the most comfortable to hold down. Fortunately you can lock the on/off switch on so the angle grinder is permanently running!The guard is easy to move to whatever angle suits your need.Overall: happy with the quality of the grinder, a good weight and functions well.

Really good does use quite a bit of battery. Brilliant not having cable in the way.

As described and works as it should

Bought it on blackfriday and was £90ish and I'd have happily paid full. I had the previous brushed version and this ones much more ergonomic and noticeably more powerful. Much better guard mechanism too, just push the lever and twist, 10/10!
