I've made broccoli sprouts before, and brown mustard ground with cooked broccoli but it's not something I've been able to consistently keep up.This product was one of a few that was reviewed by third-party to have what it claims to have, a stable form of Sulforaphane. I originally found this product after Dr Rhonda Patrick mentioned this product on a recent pod-cast due to the convenience of it, but that it took awhile since the product is shipped from France.I wasn't able to get this product at my address and it was left under a warm shelve in a local store. I was originally worried about this since it needs to be kept cool. The packaging is insanely good, mine was wrapped in a kind of foil with a cold-pad inside with the product itself, so even after a few days in room-temp it was like a mini-fridge.Super happy with this product and service and will be buying more again when needed!
