Less quantity
Have been using it for my UTI problem for past one year. Has helped me a lot . Atleast got rid of antibiotics . This time i received 2 capsules less in the bottle . Everytime i get 30 capsules .But the carton mentions 90 capsules this time but got only 28 capsules in the bottle.

Please buy other available cheaper alternatives. This is no where close or effective to the price i paid.
