What is waist size without the extender? And with the extender? I think you would sell more without the logo on the front.

The minimum size I could make it by pulling the strap completely through buckle was 19" to a maximum size of 46" WITHOUT the extender. I measured this with a tape measure. I did not get the extender as these sizes are shorter and longer than what I need at 36". Given that these measurements are very close to the measurements given in their description and their description lists the extender at a maximum length of 22.5" then the maximum WITH the extender would be 68.5 inches. I hope this helps. If you are going to wear over the shoulder instead of around the waist, get the extender for versatility.

Will it hold a iPhone?

Yes it will hold an iPhone. I have also got a water bottle in one of the larger pockets. Of the 5 pockets I think only one is too small for some of the larger phones. The whole thing is so large overall I have just switched to using it as a daily purse.
