K-25224-0 Highline Tall Two-Piece Elongated Toilet with Left-Hand Trip Lever, Elongated Toilet Bowl, 1.28 GPF, White

I am revising my review after a few months of use. 1) if you order one, immediately check where the seat holes are placed. The “B” team at Kohler must’ve made this one, because the holes are off center-so the seat is off center about an inch. Sometimes it loosens up, so then it shifts as it doesn’t have the complete base to sit on. I ordered in Nov but wasn’t able to install until March or April because of construction. Too late to return. 2) don’t buy this unless you are extremely tall, or physically challenged and absolutely need the 20” high (with seat) bowl. I bought it to “age in place” but for the next 20 years or so, I have to sit with tip-toes! Our other toilet is “chair height” at 18” and it’s perfect. I found this at HD but it’s only offered as the toilet, without tank and seat. I liked that this was a complete offering, and runs about the same price as individually purchasing each piece. I wish I’d had this after my knee surgery, but vowed to get one for future aging. I am so happy I did.

The elongated height and design are perfect—especially for someone with knee issues or mobility challenges. The added height makes sitting and standing much easier, which is a huge plus for comfort and accessibility. The flush is powerful and efficient, keeping the bowl clean with minimal effort. It truly performs well and feels like a high-quality, durable fixture. Aesthetically, it’s also very nice—clean lines, modern look, and it elevates the overall appearance of the bathroom. However, my experience with the order itself was extremely disappointing. I ordered two of these toilets. The first one arrived as expected and matched the quality and specifications of the KOHLER model. The second one, which arrived later, was not the same toilet at all. It was a completely different model—lower quality, standard height (not elongated/tall), and clearly worth about half the price. Unfortunately, I didn’t unbox it right away because I was waiting for my bathroom renovation, which took almost a year. When I finally discovered the issue and contacted Amazon, they attempted to help but ultimately only offered a $25 credit due to the time that had passed. I was never notified that a different model would be sent, nor was I refunded the significant price difference. To make matters worse, the replacement toilet doesn’t even match the first one in size or appearance, which defeats the purpose of buying a matching set. Buyer beware: check your orders immediately upon arrival. I trusted that everything would be correct and didn’t verify in time—and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. While the KOHLER toilet itself is excellent, my overall experience was impacted by poor fulfillment and lack of proper resolution.

It is the best! My Son had a remodel and picked the Highline Tall Elongated with left hand. I liked it so much I had to have one…very nice looking. I would highly recomend.

this product is A1 ....great quality , fast shipping , works great ......but i have worked in the the plumbing , construction , remodeling industry for over 50 years and i have never seen such poor quality installation instructions . A Chinese cross word puzzle construction written in braile would have been an improvement to what you will receive with the toilet confusing and incomplete is an understatement and you may need to purchase a microscope to read the so called assembly instructions . it is a great product if you can figure out how to properly install/adjust it.

I had a knee replacement over 19 months ago. Was using a toiler seat riser, it served its purpose. Since I decided to remodel my bathroom, I was looking for a 21" height toilet. I thought it would be easy to find. Not at all. Found it here on Amazon. It was 20" with the toilet seat (not included) it was 21". Makes it easy to sit and get up. Something we all take for granted.

I would have given a five star rating, except it came with no toilet seat. So, I can't rate the softness when that part of the toilet wasn't there. It was also missing some hardware. My plumber had to go out and get the missing parts. I almost feel like it was a return item, so I didn't get all the pieces.

The bottom of the toilet was broken in pieces on two different deliveries. Amazon called the Kohler company with me and they said it is not there problem in so many words. That is terrible customer service by Kohler. Thanks to Amazon for giving me a full credit but what a complete disappointment to wait for several days just to receive two broken toilets. Not to mention rescheduling my plumber.

I am disabled and require a higher toilet. This one is almost twenty inches high, so I do not need a plastic toilet riser. Flushes efficiently.

One thing to know is that it does not come with a toilet seat, so you have to get one. This should be made clearer in the description. This is great toilet for someone who requires a higher than a comfort height toilet, such as a person with disability.

This looks like exactly the right toilet for an aged relative, but it arrived broken. The driver showed me, I refused delivery, yet was still charged for the item. There is no apparent mechanism for this situation, at least not that I can find.
