Tasty and effective
I bought this supplement because it contains zinc gluconate, which is what has been studied to shorten duration of colds. The amount of zinc in each gummy is pretty low so I’m not sure if it’s effective (it seems to be though), and because of the lower zinc it tastes much better compared to lozenges.

Taste good, works well
Tastes great & when eating consistently I stayed healthy when everyone else in the house got sick. I eat them as is, some people rinse the sugar off the outside to reduce sweetness but I enjoy it. The Tangerine flavor is a good strong flavor, I don’t notice the strawberry part. Definitely a gummy & I find I take it more than the pill versions cause it’s faster & easier.
