Order your regular size you’d wear in leggings or stretchy jeans
Order your size!! I followed the review suggestions and ordered 2 sizes bigger and they are huge! I’m returning to order 2 sizes down for my regular size. I usually like my closes to fit snug but loose enough is I can move. I have an athletic build and things that usually fit my hips and thighs are extremely too large for my waist. These come up to just below where my bra or sports bra would stop / top of my ribs. I think the quality is good and hopefully the smaller size will wit better.

Oh, these pants work. Wear them wisely
Tried these yesterday for the first time. It was sunny out, a little too hot actually, but I wanted to try these.I normally walk 3 miles but since I started dripping swear down my ankles and felt overheated I cut my walk down to 2 miles.I stripped down when I got home...and oh my gosh, they were soaking with sweat.So, yes they work and they do exactly what they say they do.A slight word of caution, please be careful when wearing these when it's really hot out.I live close to Tampa, FL so it gets pretty hot and humid here. I'll probably wear these on days with overcast or slightly cooler days.

Runs small
I think they would’ve worked for sweating but I got an xxl because I know stuff like this runs small (I normally wear a medium-large in pants and they were still too small.

excellent sport pants
I think I made the right decision! I had compared many neoprene pants on the Amazon, and choose this product basded on it's price. I look through the reviews found most reviews said it's not fit or too small. But i am 5'4 feet, and about 96 pounds, this M fits me perfectly. Usually i strength training and run for 30 minutes. This sauna pants make me sweat like 5x more than normal days. The pants have a slight sound when I walk or run, but this doesn't bother me. I guarantee these pants will help me lose weight, and the effect is OBVIOUS!!!

Good price, good product
I bought this for kayaking in cold water. The pants worked great for keeping me warm. I usually wear an x large and I bought a 2x. They might have been a little loose around the waist bcz they rolled a bit and I wore them over board shorts, but I'm glad I went a size up.

Large waist and legs too slim
I ordered an XXL due to measurements and other customers reviews that had thick legs. However, I could not get the pants up all the way. Even with all my struggling, it was still 3-4" below my crotch! Had I been able to get it all the way up, the waist was way too big and up too high.

Gohods Women Weight Loss Hot Sauna Sweat Pants are very nice. I ordered XL because of mix reviews on the size and fit nice. I would order Gohowds again and will see what other pants they have. I highly recommend with FIVE FULL STARS (:)
