I usually prefer gel-based shaving products. After using a few leading brads for some time I have decided to try Charcoal Shaving Foam. I am quite surprised and satisfied with the superior quality. It is really 2 times creamier with infused charcoal. Moroccan Argan Oil, Aloe Vera, Chamomile gives amazing day-long smoothnes of the skin. Superior Razor glide (even with few days old shaving blade) and almost nil irritation. Menthol gives freshness but in winter it gives you a much colder effect. The fragrance is fine but somewhat mild and not so lasting but I highly reomend this product as this is one of the best ever shaving foam I have used so far. Now I don't think I have to spend more money for gel-based shaving cream.

This is indeed a good purchase. Good fragrance. Foam is comparatively more smooth and light. Cool feeling. Only one disappointment is ....it contains SLES which I was unaware and get to know only when i saw the ingredients in detail.

Just stick to this and you will not be disappointed. Value for money and excellence feel. I moved from Gillette to this one and have been using it for few years now.

An ordinary shaving cream for smooth gliding of the razor..

The black can looks good with blue lettering etc. But its when you want to use it the struggle begins. After shaking the can for 5-10 seconds as advise you try to get the foam out and your ordeal begins. The damn spout for foam spray ( which happens to be a fancy one inch wide grill.....not your usual round) just cant be pressed even with your full thumb pressure leave along index finger. It took me 2-3 minutes to get the foam out by keeping the can on the counter and pressing with all my strength when a thin one inch wide ribbon of foam comes out. It took me 3-4 pressing with full hand force to get enough foam for my shave. The foam is a not pure white like that of Gillette's but a dirty steel grey colour ( probably because of Charcoal addition)....but admit it smells good and is more creamy more sticky and stays firm longer than other white foams. I finally solved the mystery of why the foam was not coming out of the can.....poor packing. The nozzle head which you press to get the foam out is attached to the body of the can at one point which is practically invisible and unless this point is broken foam does not come out. Its good method to ensure tampering and using the foam before sale but this should be just strong enough to be broken by the finger or thumb pressure the first time you use it...but this was so strong that I had to use a thin knife/blade to cut it...after which foam flowed out easily with slight pressure of finger. So now you know hwy there are so many bad comments about foam not coming out. The manufacturer should have reacted to these comments and included an advisory in the product specification sheet on Amazon site or on the product mentioning about this super strong tamper proof seal in the nozzle head. and suggested use of a thin knife to break it which would have reduced the bad comments drastically.
