5 stars based on timely delivery and for a product received in good shape . Got this product because of the protesterone benefits I read that it provides. Have been taken for a little over week so can't speak for the testosterone benefits, but I can for its flavor amd overall palatability. Keep in mind fenugreek is the latest addition to my testisterone cocktail, that being: tongkat, fadogia, gingko, and DIM. The mix already tasted God-awful but will say that fenugreek's presence is very evident in the new flavor of my compound. If I had to describe it's flavor I would have you imagine dipping a celery stick into maple syrup. This is not a negative thing because as I said earlier the mix tasted horrible already and I don't mind the flavor of maple syrup covered celery. I should add that when I do this mix I dump the whole thing in my mouth, add some water and swish until all the lumps get smoothed out before swallowing. My point being that it seems to mix in and smooth out well.

Update they are the same I just forgot to boil the water first in my application. Same excellent quality. New packaging is the only issue. Thanks! This is my second purchase. These are not the same anymore. They even smell different so I’m wondering if this was a waste of money and I don’t actually have any fenugreek seeds in my smoothies and hair products currently. Also the packaging is set up for failure now. Like they want you to spill these everywhere everytime you use them. Spent more on a box than just keeping the bag resealable?? Will buy elsewhere from now on.

When blended in dry format, it last quite an extended time. It aids for menstrual pain, headache. The taste is an adjustment,but more than worth it.
