Spotlessly cleaned my glasses first as a trial. Used then on my dirty tools and was brilliant.

Plastic hose tail does not screw in to bath, threads on plastic to small even if you use thread tape. Had to purchase additional metal hose tail.

Very impressed with this ultra-sonic tank. Went bigger than I needed as the extra cost was minimal and they all look similar. Was warned of issues but didn't find any (electrically safe)The temperature control didn't appear to work and I did find the temperature kept climbing above the set temperature (- one star). Not sure why but happy to keep the device as it worked well other than this.Tap is water right, cleans well. I used it on tools, found, watches, spectacle, sunglasses, keys, cutlery etc (for some reason it struggled with coffee stains).It's definitely noisy and something you not want to sit next to (smaller devices are much quieter and tolerable)Do recommend taking care of delicate items/hanging them from a bar and clear if the basket as the basket will mark them if they touch.

The 6L which we have is good for cleaning, although like others said, is slow to heat. My main gripe though comes from the sheer amount of noise that comes off of it. Dampening it would have been a smart choice here, but thankfully you can make something yourself for fairly cheap.If you're on a budget with not much space for use, look elsewhere. If it's going to sit in a workshop after hours then it does the job.

Good value for money. Machine is used for cleaning stationary parts. Well made and large capacity basket

Pictures shows a 50yr old carburettor from a motorbike that hasn’t gone for almost 10 years. Everything had seized up in the carb. The stale fuel had solidified and gunged it all up. 20 minutes in the cleaner and it is freed up with the slide sliding and the choke opening and closing perfectly. It has saved me £243 for a replacement carburettor. An Ultrasonic Clean and a £9 carb kit - job done.

It is noisy but does a good job, cleans almost as well as a 800 pound unit. I'm satisfied for this price.
