Quality products
Not used this soap yet as it’s to replenish my stock. Have used this soap before on all my Leathercraft projects as I like the sheen it adds to my finish, plus it helps protect and feed the leather. Fiebings is a name I trust and associate with quality and value for money.

Really renewed and cleaned some old items !
Used on an old pair of boots, a good pair of dress shoes, and a 60 + year old belt. Cleaned and conditioned the boots really well, cleaned old polish and etc. off the dress shoes, and cleaned and replenished the belt. I was actually most impressed by the belt, which had dried out, had small cracks, and had lost a good part of its black finish. Then, tbh, I used Safir conditioner, polish, and wax, etc. But the biggest improvement came at first with the saddle soap. Very pleased with the effects! Also, don’t forget to wipe the suds away with a clean cloth. It wiped up easy. And with another cloth, buffed to a light shine. I wish I had this years ago to use with several old pairs of shoes that I used to have. I’ll probably buy it again at sometime when I run out.

Fiebings saddle soap
I forgot to take a before picture of the saddle before I cleaned. It was really bad as it had sat in a barn for 4 years. It was never kept in a dry environment. This soap is amazing! I went out with toothbrushes, Qtips , brushes and clothes. I think and hope I’ve got all the mold off. The saddle looks brand new. I hardly made a dent in the soap. It cleaned so well I couldn’t believe it. I have to admit I did Google how to clean a very moldy saddle and they advised this. The best $20.00 I ever spent. Next I’m going to try it on my boots just to clean them up.
