This oil is pretty good. Strong bazil smell and taste. Great for some meals . Good price. Cooks very well.

I bought to use with a light vinegar for a heslthy vinaigrette. It is perfect and delicious. 1/4 c infused lemon oil plus 2 TBS balsamic vinegar add 1 tbs Dijon and 1 tea honey and voila! I don’t use S&P but you might want to. Healthy and delicious. Recommend this infused highly,
