Why cant i get one side to click? The middle is up but one long side will not click

Does it have a firm, flat, 'rigid base' as recommended by the Lullaby Trust? So many travel cots seem to sag, is this any different?

This is very rigid and you use the outer wrap which the cot comes in. Then you have the mattress. Very strong travel cot. Is used very frequently. I would definitely recommend this
