SEVICH Hairline Powder - Instantly Cover Grey Hair and Thinning Hairline, Eyebrows & Beard Line Touch Up, Windproof & Sweatproof, Auburn

This product works wonders for those with hair loss, in between coloring, and to cover greys. I use it primarily on my temples (included applicator works well) but also eyebrows (with a separate brush). Go with a darker vs lighter shade if you are uncertain of the color to get. It does not transfer to clothes or your pillow. A good find.

After trying other similar products, this is the best. I use this to cover the gray roots until my next hair coloring. Very easy to use. Powder goes on easily without flying around or flaking. Takes only a few minutes to apply. No staining. No scent. No residue on pillow. Looks good the next day and stays that way until next hair wash. Looks very natural and blends in well. Sufficient number of colors to choose. A real saver to cover until the next hair appointment.

Such an easy, quick, way to touch up hairline and roots between coloring. Minus one star, because the color represented online and on the label does not match the actual powder at all. What is marketed as an Auburn / Chestnut is actually the color of a brown crayon. It still works very well, not as natural looking as it could be.

Savich clearly changed their Auburn formula. It is NOT Auburn. It is brown. This my 3rd attempt (first Ali Express, then 2 times Amazon) to get the correct product. I have been using it for years. The photo shows the color that I have at home. The product itself is brown. In addition they have the name as Light Auburn when in fact, the packaging reads Auburn, which is brown. I give up. I’m going to go to Sephora and try to find something that works with the old Savich “Auburn”. If any of you out there have the old color Auburn, don’t waste your time you’re just going to get aggravated.

I was very disappointed that there was no applicator included with this product. A different color would have been better too. But I had to use it to learn that so certainly could not return it. I bought some brushes and have been using them to apply to my hair where needed. I DO like it for my eyebrows.
