Funko POP TV: River Song Doctor Who Action Figure

This is going to be a cookie cutter review, since I ordered several POP figures at the same time. As always, Funko does not disappoint with their products. Doctor Who figures arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Build and paint quality is top notch and can find any faults with these figures. Thank you for a great new set of figures to add to my growing collection.

For the collectors : River looks great. Her paint is tight. Her box was in top notch condition. For us adult children and our children: River is great! The second best companion (Right behind Donna. If you disagree, you are of course incorrect.) Professor Song is a great toy. Cute, kick butt, and fun to play with. She seems to like dancing with my Dalek for some reason, according to my kid. Anyway, as always, Funko did an awesome job.

What is life like going in the opposite direction of your love? One of my favorite characters in Doctor Who has been River Song, since her introduction in Silence in the Library her wit, charm and mystery has made her a character to love. (For me) Think Funko Pop! Is fantastic and River in her outfit from the quirky storyline around the 2011 origination arc of her character. This Pop is not a bobble head and comes with a clear disk/stand. No moving parts River is holding her gun, in hand ready to kick some but. The Pop figure is great for display in box or out and fits well in the Funko TARDIS, sold separately.

River came in perfect! I wasn't expecting the clear little disk that helps her stand, however, it's a welcome addition, as I don't think she'd balance well on her own. I adore her! She's hanging out with my Eleven Funko and the Captain America Funko a friend bought me. (People out of their own time have to stick together, right? I'll be adding photos just as soon as I can get them!)

I think River Song may have had a little too much to drink because she has difficulty staying up right. I could go into more detail but.... Spoilers!

River Song. I've named my car after her, put a decal of 'hello sweetie' On said car,and if I thought my husband would let me get away with it I'd name a future child after her in some way. To say the least I'm obsessed. So, when I received the pop funko of her I expected it to be nothing but prefect. It was in fact prefect. She's a beauty to add to my collection.

When you open her box make sure you find the clear plastic peg. Otherwise she will topple over cause of over her body is portion when on your display. She looks so cute next to my Funko Pop of the Tardis. Purchase well made for me.

I am barely staying my Pop Figure collection and River Song has made a great first impression! In my opinion, she is cuter in person than what she appears in the pictures. She came perfect, no visible flaws. She's got a little, clear stand that helps her stand up perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase!
