Love love love this bed! I have absolutely no complaints for this mattress. I received it super quick. Zero smell when opening it. Everything is perfect, it doesn't sag, it retains its shape, doesn't hold heat etc. I do have to admit I was a bit unsure about the bed the first two nights though, I didn't sleep very well. After the first two nights, my body adjusted and now I don't want to get out of bed. I no longer have any back pain! I can't believe how out of alignment my back probably was from sleeping on my old mattress. Not quite sure how one reviewer can feel the springs...I can stand on this with my husband and still not feel the springs. The bed is firm, but you do slightly sink into it. It's not rock hard. It's extremely supportive and comfortable. Definitely worth every penny. Don't hesitate to purchase!! *not a paid for review, real purchaser!!* I will continue to update over the course of months.

During a recent move to a new house we made a decision to start off with a fresh King Size Bed. My wife read several reviews on Amazon and after much research settled on the King Size Olee Sleep Mattress. Now, you will be shook up when this bulky, worn and roughed up cardboard box weighing a ton and a half arrives at your front door and your UPS man will shoot you a really dirty look.......but then the real magic happens. We bought a new low profile frame and set this bulky plastic covered blob on the bed and slowly began to unwrap it. After a few seconds of loosening the plastic the mattress opened up like a flower and began to "inflate" itself right in front of us. It flattened out and in a room that was about 78 degrees it fully set up in about an hour. It is substantial. It is comfortable. It is beautifully constructed and well made. I found no foul odor and when I laid down on it I couldn't believe that this was the blob that had arrived several hours earlier. We had our first night sleep on it and couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found this product. I highly recommend the blob and the mattress it becomes. If you want a quality item at such a good price....look no further. And you'll wind up with an interesting story to boot........Sleep tight!

Exactly as the picture! Perfect for the price! The box was beat up from shipping and handling but it didn’t affect the problem. Took it out of the package and it inflated in to a mattress. I believe it’s 13 inches maybe even 14, because our old mattress was 12 inches and this one feels higher. It’s a very sturdy bottom, because of the springs. And the top it perfect. The mattress just hugs you every time you lay in it. This will be our third night sleeping it in, and I can tell you that it is an upgrade from our old mattress that cost almost a grand. I’m also using it without a box spring because I have a platform bed frame but I’m sure it will be waay better with one. Cons: there’s a smell, my husband says it just smells like brand new but to me it smells like a chemical thing. But when you’re lying close to the bed you can’t smell it. We just aired it out for a day and once we put a mattress cover/liner over it, the smell is completely gone. I love this mattress. If anything goes wrong in the long run then I will update but as of right now it is perfect for the price! Holds up me & my husband and my two kids who have been wrestling on it and jumping on it. I would definitely buy again if I need to upgrade my kids mattress.

First off, yes it is vacuum packed (very cool) and comes in a box that is quite heavy. That being said my box was not destroyed but was quite distressed upon delivery which I was not surprised about due to the weight of it. Ok, now that's out of the way I have had this for a few weeks now. I have a drawer base with king size box spring (2 smaller put together) and even though my box springs are in very good shape I decided I would put some plywood over the top of them to give this mattress a fair shot since I was quite nervous about ordering a "bed in a box". I saw a lot of reviews on this from various sites and overall people seemed happy that they invested in it and between that and the great price I decided it was worth the risk. I have not slept through the night in months and wake up early even on the weekends so I was desperate to find something that could help me. I put the mattress on the frame before I left for work the day after receiving it. Though it suggests letting it sit for up to 48 hours mine sat only for about 10 hours or so. Just to be safe I didn't put any sheets on it during the day while it decompressed and set up a fan to blow on it to hopefully take away any smell that some had mentioned they noticed. Upon going to bed the first night I was happy to find no smell from the bed so I am not sure if my fan idea worked or not but I am happy to take credit for it. Now laying on the bed was a shock to my system. My old mattress was very comfy to me but obviously after losing about 100 pounds was not what was best for me anymore. This new mattress was very firm and the first night was a little difficult to sleep. I had another brainstorm and remembered I had one of those expensive, high quality bamboo fabric toppers that adds some cushion (2-3 inches) to the bed so I thought as long as I had it that I may as well try it. The second night was better, maybe due to being exhausted or for putting the topper on but again I will take credit for the topper idea and say that is what did it. For the first couple of weeks I slept a little better than I had on the old mattress. All of a sudden though it was like the mattress was perfect like it was everything that I needed. I now am sleeping like a baby and for the first time in probably over a year I have actually slept in on the weekend. I still use the topper but I have to say I don't have the pains in the morning when I get up and though I do wake up off an on some nights, my sleep is more restful and I fall back into sleep much easier than I have in quite a while. My experience so far has been very good with this mattress and I have to say that I looked for over a month at mattresses going to several stores and laying on a lot of different mattresses. Problem I had is that I didn't know how many people had laid on that mattress in the store and how it had affected it so even though it may seem good in the store I was unsure that the new one would feel the same. I found that a lot of people had that exact issue and then when they tried to return the mattress they purchased they were bullied and had to pay extra fees and charges and the hassles they went through in some cases were horrific. I paid over $1500 for my last mattress which only lasted maybe 5 years. I vowed to never do that again. If I can get at least that much time from this mattress I feel that this is a much better investment and would be inclined to purchase another. Heck at this rate I would be happy with 3 or 4 years out of it. This is not one of the all memory foam type mattress that you sink into and then need a crane to get out of just to roll over. It is not like a spring mattress that bounces you into your next position when you roll over either. It has a softer cover on it and at least in my experience is quite firm but supportive. I mainly sleep on my stomach and sometimes on my side and this mattress looks to be what I needed. I am 6'3" tall and around 265#. It is advertised as 13 inches but I have found it to this point to be closer to 12 inches. I do recommend that if you get it that you do either have help or a dolly/cart to move it especially with the king size as it is quite heavy. As of right now, though I have only had it about a month I feel that this was a very good investment especially compared to the last mattress I purchased. I did purchase this from Amazon and I did not receive any kind of incentive or discount to review this mattress they are my honest thoughts and opinions. This review is for the Olee Sleep 13 Inch Box Top Hybrid Gel Infused mattress King Size FOLLOW UP: Ok, been over 3 years now. I have to say I am still very happy I got this mattress.I spin it about every 6 months and it seems to give the same support it did when new or at least very close to the same. Still sleeping well and very happy I gave it a try. I told my Dad about it and now he wants one, only they don't seem to come in twin size. I can see that when it does come time to retire this mattress I will indeed get another one. For the cost compared to a store bought mattress you can't go wrong.

So I had to look up when I bought this mattress, and to my surprise I found I bought it in 2016. It is now 2025! This has been the best mattress I have ever owned. I am a big woman and normally my husband and I wear them out in a couple of years, this one has lasted me for 9 wonderful years. I was just going to look for a new one this year because I now have a dibbit in it. We have turned it every year just to help with making it last, not flip it, just turning it. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to everyone! Super comfy, and just the right amount of soft and firm. I have a super bad back and love, love my bed!!

Update 01/24/19 I had to update this. Guilt would not let me just forget about this. When we first received this, I was elated (read my original 5 star review). I indeed got great rest. But this mattress has been a nightmare for about the last 7 months of the 11 months since we purchased it. My husband who has never had any spine issues started waking up hunched over and in pain after 4-5 hours sleep on this slab of concrete. Being a side sleeper, I am now having problems with my shoulder, to the point that I have limited use of my arm. We've moved this mattress to the garage where it sits covered up, until I decide to toss it in a dumpster or donate it, or....? I've slept more nights in our recliner over the last several months, than I have in my life. My husband now sleeps on an air mattress, until we find something much more suitable. I don't know anyone I dislike so much that I would recommend this mattress to them. Be forewarned. At first you may sleep like you haven't in years but over time you may very well regret this as we do. This is a HUGE waste of money. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Yes! Yes! Yes! Finally....sleep! We've been needing a new mattress for years, but I was reluctant to go back to the typical retail outlet and buy yet another coil mattress that I knew would do little to help alleviate the pain in my neck and back, from the many injuries over the years that have left me with herniated discs, nerve damage, and limited mobility. On a whim one evening, I decided to see what Amazon had to offer and ta-da.....this beauty came up. I read review after review, added it to my wish list, discussed it with my husband, but hesitated. I'd never purchased something this big and important online before, and I was a nervous nilly. A lot of what if's flooded my brain. What if it wasn't as wonderful as everyone said it was? What if it arrived damaged? What if it didn't help me and I would never again get more than 3 hours painful sleep? I finally decided that the only way to ever get answers to those questions, was to just do it and see. I wouldn't be wasting massive amounts of money, and with the guarantee, I figured I could contact the seller with any problems, and it would be taken care of. I ordered this gem and it shipped fast. UPS delivered it just days later; no massive damage to the box (only one corner was damaged...not a biggie), it was hauled inside, my husband took it to the room, and we removed all packaging carefully. As he made the first cut to the shrink wrap encasing the mattress, I let out a giggle with the hissing sound it made, and it started to "grow" immediately. Within seconds after placing it on the Olee 14 inch platform frame we purchased to go along with it, it's thickness had reached 11.5". No foul odor. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and was prepared, based on other reviews I'd read in the many hours of pained insomnia, for the release of chemicals.....none! I wanted to pounce on the mattress right then and try to catch a few zzz's, but restrained that desire and waited. The next day, it had reached the full 13 inches of perfection. What has transpired since are nights of heavenly slumber. I have gone to sleep without tossing and turning, moaning and groaning, as I try to find a comfortable spot to drift off for a few hours of painful and fitful sleep. I drift off without fanfare and have been sleeping for 7-9 hours a night! Shocking to me at least, is I have been able to sleep on my back!!! It's been somewhere just north of 10 years, since I have been able to do that. And when I get out of bed in the morning (reluctantly!!!), I am no longer in pain, hunched over, with the sounds of bones/joints creaking, cracking, and popping. During the day, I am more alert, walking upright...and my family is especially thankful, as wifey and mommy is no longer a grouchy bear! Ha.ha. I've noticed little to no transfer of motion. Meaning, when my husband gets out of bed in the wee hours to go to work, the bed isn't moving to and fro, disturbing my rest. We will purchasing other Olee mattresses and platform frames in the near future, to replace all other beds in the household. I am sold, rested, and so very, very thankful.

We were a bit Leary about purchasing a mattress online, especially for such a low price. We were pleasantly surprised. This mattress is high quality. It is dense and firm, so it takes some getting used to. I didn't like the firmness at first, however, once I got used to it (which took about 2 weeks) I began to love it. My back doesn't hurt anymore. The mattress is supportive yet after about 2 minutes of being in a certain position, the bed conforms to your body. I can actually side sleep again! In addition, I'm no longer waking up throughout the night; I go to sleep and wake up well rested. Who knew?! My husband is a heavier man and it supports him as well! The bed doesn't sink or dip and has allowed us to sleep comfortably next to each other. Take advantage of this mattress! You're not going to find quality at this price anywhere!

We bought this king-size mattress based on all the positive reviews on Amazon. We ordered it one month before I had full hip replacement surgery in hopes it would provide comfort, support and good rest for my 220+ lb body during rehab and recovery and also undisturbed sleep for my wife without transference of movement from my side of the bed. I has performed PERFECTLY... way beyond our expectations! We will now buy another one for our guest room bed. Our previous organic latex 10" mattress cost more than $2400 and did NOT hold up or perform as well... it was a hot sleep and quickly became indented from our body weight. We have owned our new Olee 13" mattress for about 2 months and it shows no signs of indenting and it provides a wonderfully cool comfy sleep (even in our hot Arizona climate). My wife and I agree (after 35 years of marriage and at least a dozen mattresses) this is the best, most comfortable, quality mattress we have ever owned... at any price! What an amazing value. It is fabulous! Get one, you'll love it.
