I can't even take all 8 pills in one day because I am so amped. More like three or four. Just one with my coffee in the morning is fine. Only catch is if you take this stuff for too long you may develop hyperparathyroidism, in which you will experience a sensation like you have something in you throat. Use it for 30 days max on, 30 days off. This stuff really must have animal glands in it because it certainly effects your own parathyroid.

I like this old school design, much like the old Hot Stuff or the old "Russian Bear" though I wish they used higher dosages of the effective ingredients and left out what is essentially a waste. Dried vegetables? That's a garnish. And the protein is barely a couple of grams which take up a lot of space for nothing. I would have also liked a dose of yohimbe like in the old formulas.

A bargain for all you get.My only con is that it's a lot of pills to swallow. Will definitely buy again. An added bonus my skin was super smooth after after a two weeks on this product.

so far a good product. i think it is hot stuff answer to the animal pak. i was looking for a glandular product and found this. i wish the glandular percentage was higher but other than that it seems to be a good product. multi vitamin,mineral and ergogenic product
