I find them to be accurate and the photos are helpful. The price may seem high but give HD a call the price is outrageous along with an parts I may need. Clymer manuals have served me well.

I got this book because I was having transmission problems and I wanted to tackle the job myself but it was more than I can figure out using only common sense.. No surprise there. The book turned out to be very helpful. Lots of useful pictures. Lots of useful details. Lots of useful information on everything from oil changes to transmission overhaul. The book isn't structured with a particular job in mind so like in my case I had to jump back and forth between chapters to read on the different tasks involved the removal and replacement of the transmission. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a bike and is able to read 6th grade English.

I bought this book to use along with the factory service repair manual, there shouldn't be any thing that I can't do to take care of my motorcycle.

Clymer Manuals are the only ones I use with a proven track record. These manuals are a must for home mechanics! The level of information and detail is beyond most manuals and it is so well written and easy to understand!

This has clear pictures, and good quality paper. It's WAY better than the Haynes manual I had bought for my previous bike (BMW R1200RT). The pics in the Haynes manual were dim, lacking in contrast, and the paper was thin and greyish, too. Pretty much impossible to see what was supposed to be going on. This manual is much better. Recommended!
