I have purchased this bumper guard for every vaccum I have every owned and for my 2nd home vacuum also. I have also recommended this to all my friends. It protects your furniture legs and all wood on your furniture. This is easy to install and works! Do yourself a favor and purchase one to protect your furniture because I don’t care who you are and how careful you are when you vaccum - you always bumps/hit furniture legs and wood. This protects them!!

Bad: - A bit expensive for what it is. - I wish the cloth provided had cutouts for the light on the vacuum instead of covering them. Exactly what I was looking for and would buy again.

It fits my little cheapy Dirt Devil Canister fine. Followed instructions and it seems to be stuck on well. Works well, no scuff marks like I used to get on my baseboards. So glad to have it. However, it was a little over $28 by the time I paid shipping and tax. Seems a bit pricey to me.

Before I got my Shark vacuum, my prior vacuum had a soft rubber bumper that made sure I didn't damage things when I am clumsy and bump into the furniture when vacuuming (a thing that only happens on days that end in a 'y'). I learned (the hard way) that the Shark is less... forgiving of clumsiness. So this bumper was an absolute essential, and has kept my clumsiness from wrecking things. Plus it picks up cobwebs from the corners too, as a bonus.

Professional residential cleaner, that uses Shark vacs daily in high end homes. Several clients have been worried about trim, woodwork, and drywall being scuffed by sides of vac heads. Purchased this product as an option, however I quickly realized wasn't the solution for me. First, it covers the lights on the vac head. If I can't see the shadows the dust creates I can't see if the fool is clean enough to mop. Second, is bulky enough to not only prevent vac head from getting close enough to wall edges and underneath furniture, it also creates extra drag on plush(er) rugs and carpeted surfaces. Finally, it quickly gathers and pushes what the vac is supposed to suck up (pet hair, crumbs, general debris works like a broom and prevents from getting to the vac head rolls). Is an attempt to solve a problem, but I have found that 1" felt stick-on furniture pads are my solution. Can't really recommend this product.
