is this the same product like the Replenishing Pak?

The one I used didn't have this label look but was of the same company. I used both the replenish pak and then conditioner. So yes it is, but I advise you not to use this too often. Maybe twice a week. I found over using it made my hair heavy.

Water,soybean oil, glycerin, olive oil, hydrolized collagen, panthenol, silk amino acids, sage extract, rosemary extract,aloe juice ( these are not all ingredients listed )

I brought this conditioner from Walmart and I follow the directions but my hair after washed are greasy....not really soft. Any tips?

I always put the conditioner on FIRST and let it sit (for an hour in a shower cap) while I play on the computer or clean. THEN I shampoo the roots of my hair. This gets out the "grease" feel and protects the ends of the hair from the drying effects of shampoo (if it has sodium laurel sulfate or your hair is damaged). Your hair won't be dry and will still be soft, but it won't feel like you just rubbed mayonnaise all over it.

What happens if you use this without the matching shampoo

It should work fine. I use it with a shea moisture shampoo and it works like a dream.
