great book to introduce to the investing world. it just covers the basic information, doesnt go very in depth, but you still learn basic knowledge to help you get started. after reading it i was able to understand what people were talking about in videos, conversations and movies.

Good starter read.

A tad repetitive and most of the stuff I’ve learned from TikTok or YouTube prior to reading this book. However, I did find one valuable concept from the book.

Before reading this book, I was quite ignorant about investing and its terminology. After reading this carefully (twice), I feel I now have a pretty solid grasp of concepts that used to be Greek to me. So I highly recommend. Before reading this book, I read the author's other book, Infographic Guide to Personal Finance, which was very helpful as well. After reading both of these books, I met with a financial planner at my bank and was able to articulate my financial situation and goals. I would not have been able to articulate these had I not read this book. After that meeting (which was fruitful because I studied this book in advance), I now feel empowered to make sound financial planning decisions.
