Pathetic service network
Writing review after 3 months used, the product is fine but no service network. When you looking for a period service or service on defect also no one is there to do in the field... Like if you buy you can use 3 to 6 months. Don't expect any service...

We purchased this product some days ago and to make it quick, it is the best product at this price value.The technician who visited for the installation had a professional behaviour and explained the parts as well as many things with details.The filter is good in looks aswell.It is easy to use and it filters the water very quickly.The only con is that you have to get a storage to store your filtered water in.But other then that it is a great product.

Leakage from the body
There is leakages from the body of UV purifier. Iam not getting and customer care number or company number. It is in one warranty as well as one year extended warranty.Please , get it rectified urgently

Worst product do not buy. Not handle building line pressure. Leaking after one week installation. Every time service engineer ask you visit charges. No use of any warranty.
