Anyone has had this for more than a year without problems?

Problems here, product blows water and could not warm up my hand from 6 inches. Customer service says that that is protocol and the steam cools upon contact with air. hmmmm 0/10 rating, rather use a bucket of warm water esp for 1K

Can this be used on any materials? Carpets, rugs, leather, etc. Has it ruined anything or caused any damage?

This would seem to be better asked directly to the manufacturer. My first guess is that steam would not be good for leather, but some of this is just common sense. I assume there is also a user manual?

What does pressure reading say or look like?

It's like digital. You can see the pressure reading in numbers and you can see the number reading change as the pressure increases.

How do the brushes that clean the grout hold up?

I've had mine for a year no issues. Just cleaned grout on 2600 sq ft home and 2 tile showers for the 2nd time and still haven't worn out the plastic brushes. Working better than the largest McCullough steamer thus replaced when the boiler blew up on it after 2 years. No cloggs and easier to drain and maintain with the Tosca too.
