Ocean Bottle - Recycled Stainless Steel Drinks Reusable Water Bottle - Eco-Friendly & Reusable - Ocean Blue - 500ml

I used to struggle a lot with drinking lots of water, since purchasing this bottle I use it all the time and love it. I use this for work as I can fill it up with water/ice cubes in the morning and still have a cold drink throughout the day. I've owned 500ml bottles before and they weren't enough for me and were more annoying to fill up all the time so the 1-litre bottle was better for me. The bottle's design is super simple and very clean. I went for the light grey with an orange accent which looks really nice, and im happy I went for this one. One of the bottle's standout features is its ability to detach into three parts, creating a wide mouth. This was what made me purchase it, as it allows me to put large ice chunks in it and allows cleaning tools to fit inside the bottle, which makes cleaning it so much easier. I usually find with metal bottles if they don't get cleaned they then begin to stink however with this bottle I haven't found this, but this may be because cleaning is a simple task. Being able to detach the parts and remove the seals helps this a lot. The temperature control of this bottle is really good and sometimes even too good. If I put a couple of ice cubes in the bottle it may keep the water cold for 5+ hours which is great for work. I've also found that it's pretty good at keeping the temperature outside of the bottle away from the inside If I place it in the fridge with water in it, the water won't get cold but the outside does, this would go for high heat outside the bottle too. I haven't used the bottle with hot drinks yet but know it would be fine to keep drinks warm for around the same amount of time. Overall I think this a great product and would recommend this to anyone looking for a reuseable water bottle. I find the price is steep for a water bottle however delivers quality that will make it last a long time.

Just received the bottle so it's still early to review it. Design looks fantastic, I love how versatile it is and the 2 top opening so I can use it for water or coffee. It does look premium, the logo is etched and the finish is of very good quality. I always hated these kind of bottles because they always made water taste of metal, this one doesn't seem to have this problem, it does a faint plastic taste but that should fade out with use and a few washes, definitely not as bothersome as a metallic taste. Don't expect it to keep your drink cold or hot for long, due to the design the plastic part is not insulated so there will be thermal exchange, definitely better than just a plastic bottle but won't be as good as a fully insulated bottle, I'm fine with this and because of the design choice it's easy to put ice cubes in the bottle to have chilled water through the day. The only con I can think of is the £40 price tag, it is a bit of a luxury item, but the quality definitely shows. You also get 10year warranty so it's kind of like Apple where they charge you double because the price includes a possible replacement in case something goes wrong. Considering that I was buying water at £2 at the airport each time I was flying somewhere it should pay for itself in the long run, with the added advantage of keeping my drinks chilled. PS: you also get an app which tells you where you can refill it, which can be quite useful if you find yourself traveling

We’ve left in a hot car on holiday / on the beach. And the water still stays ice cold. Very good buy. Dishwasher safe.

Great - love the design, quality etc and the cup feature - despite the price. However, after three and half years it is now leaking around the top and I am forced to buy a new one. Just saying.

I love the dual opening, it makes cleaning a doddle, I can fit my hand in, so no need for a bottle brush/sponge. Of course you shouldn’t open at the flask point if the thing is full! Above this opening the shoulders of the bottle, the drinking spout and lid are not flask insulated they are just the thick plastic material. On the plus, it’s a much nicer drinking experience than with a metal spout on the down side you will notice after several hours, the water in the top, plastic only part, is not as cold as that within the main flask body. However that doesn’t bother me. I’ve not tried hot drinks so can’t comment on that. The flask lid and drinking spout lids are well made and screw on well. Neither area has leaked and I’ve taken it out a lot. The size (1L) has been a revelation for me since switching from my 500ml usual sized flask style bottles. I’m definitely getting my water in!! The carry loop is brilliant and stopped me from dropping it on multiple occasions when I typically try to carry more things than an Amazon delivery driver when going up and downstairs! I love that it’s doing its bit for the environment and it also means by using this, no sneaky spiders can climb into the water glass beside my bed at night … now that’s got you thinking eh! 10/10 gold star!

Really disappointed. I paid £40 for an Ocean water bottle, expecting good quality, but it started leaking after just one month of normal use. For this price, I expected it to last much longer. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money.

Nice robust design, keeps contents cool in the heatwave! A godsend. Totally leak free.

I’ll be totally honest to say i was underwhelmed with this after the reviews. It was promising and not cheap so i expected the best. Unfortunately it’s not that so i’m already looking for another after only a month. The design is great! I will say that, it gives you the opportunity to really clean the bottle out unlike most others, but due to the fact that the top and lid are both plastic, it unfortunately doesn't stay cold for very long. My free bottle from a convention stays colder for HOURS longer. The colour, finish and quality of the materials are definitely top notch, but unfortunately i find myself pouring it out before I'm even halfway due to being warm as the lid isn't insulated like the rest of the bottle.
