Useful energy booster at a good price
Useful energy booster on a cellular level. CoQ10 provides support to the mitochondria in individual cells, these are the "feminine" part of cells that have power making abilities, very interesting... both scientific and spiritual. 300mg in each capsule - they are high strength and could be used in half doses, one every other day. Research shows that a 6-month regime improves NAFLD compared to placebo. Well priced and already showing a difference. Why not try it out?

Good price and easy to swallow
I have been using this product for a long time primarily for heart health reasons. As with many supplements, it's difficult to pinpoint evidence of effectiveness but I continue to use it. The capsules are easy to swallow and the price is good.

I have tried a lot of CoQ10 manufacturers over the years and this is my favourite for effectiveness. It seems to work particularly well in my system. It is also extremely easy to swallow.

Soft gel capsule. Oil based and Ubiquinone which is all good
All seems good including the price but have only just started taking them so can't comment on how I feel from taking them. I have been taking a different make so I don't know how they will compare but I like that they are soft gel and oil based which is what I wanted and that they are Ubiquinone which is the best form of CoQ10
