Accepted Answer

Care considerations:
1. Perianal abscess is divided into shallow abscess and deep abscess. If the redness and swelling does not last long and there is no internal suppuration, it can be used directly to promote the elimination of swelling and stasis. If the internal empyema has been accumulated, it will not directly reduce the swelling after use. It will continue to be red and swollen or even more red and swollen in the short term. It will be repaired and healed until the ulcer is discharged and the sepsis can be repaired. For deep abscesses, you can gently squeeze the internal Sepsis is discharged, and then the product is applied for repair. For a very small number of deep abscesses, if the internal abscess cannot be drained after 5-7 days of use, surgical incision is needed to drain the abscess, and ointment is used for repair after the operation. 2.Regarding perianal itching, other diseases should be considered, such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and eczema. If there are other symptoms, special drugs should be used for joint treatment. For patients who have used hormone drugs, the repair effect is slow, so this ointment is not recommended. 3.During the ointment period, you need to maintain a light diet, avoid spicy food and mung bean products, eat less meat, eat more vegetables, drink more water, do not smoke or drink, and do not stay up late 4.Keep the anus clean, change underwear frequently, and clean the anus after going to the toilet, which has a positive effect on preventing infection
