Below was my previous review re this product, and I’ve never expected that the seller would directly contact me and make it up to our son. They sent us new and in good condition Reflex bag coz they wanted my son to still enjoy using it. Unfortunate things happen at times, but we’re glad the seller took action on it.This is a very humbling customer service.“It lasted for only less than 5months. Arrived last January, and now it’s already deflated. My 6-year old was the only one using it, and I don’t think his punches were strong enough to deflate the boxing bag. Unfortunately, can’t be returned and refunded anymore.”

Best Boxing Bag for the whole family
We absolutely love love love this product. Every single one of my four kids ages 11 down to 4 use this product on the daily. Whether they just want to get some energy out or they are showing off to their friends or they are actually training themselves, they have the best time with it. Every adult and kid who comes into our house wants to try it and we have competitions all the time. the quality is incredible and this is not our first boxing bag! We have had others that didn't last a month. I highly recommend!

very sturdy
My 7 y/o uses this daily. He has a lot of energy, and he likes punching and punching it, he makes a game out of trying to get faster and faster but maintaining accuracy while hitting it. We used sand to fill the base and find that it's very sturdy and stays in place whether it's on our hardwood floor or carpet. We're also happy with the height adjustments options, we feel like he'll be able to use this for a while as he grows.

Works well, don’t fill with water
We wanted this to keep indoors. I used water and it leaked where the cap is. You should use sand. The bag works well. The gloves it comes with are garbage.

Perfect for my 9 year old
This is a good quality punching bag. East to set up. Also came with 2 headband punching balls! Only thing I'd complain about is it's bit noisy...but honestly it's it's worth it.

Fell apart after few months
Bought this bag for my 9 year old son, bag started falling apart after a few months of occasional use, can I have a replacement for it?
