I only received my Hexeal White Vinegar (2 x 5L bottles) today, so I’ve only had chance to use it for a quick surface clean and haven’t tested it for cooking, pickling or baking yet – but I already know this is going to be a brilliant buy! The value for money is absolutely unbeatable – getting 10 litres of food grade white vinegar at this price point is a real steal, especially since it’s the #1 Best Seller in white vinegars. The bottles are sturdy and well-sealed, with no leaks during delivery, and the packaging was secure. I used a diluted mix on my kitchen worktops earlier and was impressed with how well it cut through everyday grime and left surfaces streak-free, plus it did a great job of neutralising some lingering food odours. It’s clear and has that familiar clean vinegar scent – no strange additives or discolouration. The fact that it’s suitable for both household cleaning AND food use makes it incredibly versatile, and I’m looking forward to trying it for pickling vegetables next week and using it in some baking recipes too. While I can’t speak to long-term performance just yet, the quality looks excellent and the sheer quantity means this will last my family for months. I’ve been using this white vinegar for a while now, mainly for cleaning, and I’m really impressed with how gentle but effective it is. I reach for it at least 3–4 times a week and I’m still not even halfway through the first 5L bottle, so the value for money is excellent. I keep one spray bottle with straight vinegar, which I use for cleaning my microwave. I just spray the inside liberally, let it sit for about half an hour, then wipe with a damp cloth – no scrubbing needed! It leaves the microwave clean and shiny, and I love knowing I’ve used a food-safe product in there. In another spray bottle I mix equal parts vinegar and water with a few tablespoons of washing-up liquid. This works brilliantly on the bath and sink, cutting through grime easily. I also use it in the washing machine by filling the fabric softener compartment. It removes musty smells from clothes and towels, and there’s no vinegar smell left afterwards. It’s also great for giving the washing machine itself a clean. Honestly, the uses are endless and the bottles last for ages. Great value, effective, and safe – I’ll definitely keep buying this.

Really impressed with the packaging strength, no leakage at all, cleaning power is great, better than using nasty chemicals, and far safer for descaling kettles (just boil water and pop in about a quater of the volume with vinegar and next day you have spotless kettle. That same solution could be reused in another appliance before disposal. Its safe and the "fish and chips" smell soon disappears. It is food standard so could be used for culinary use too, I just bought these two because they are best value per litre and great for reducing limescale and water marks on many hard surfaces, also great to put a splash in the washing to reduce crustiness of bath towels.

This white vinegar is honestly a cleaning powerhouse. I’ve used it on countertops, glass, appliances, floors, and even in the washing machine, and it works incredibly well every time. The cleaning power is impressive cuts through grime, leaves surfaces shiny, and even helps with stains around the house. The bottle arrived in good condition with no leakage, and the appearance and packaging look simple but professional. In terms of effectiveness, it’s easily a 5-star product. It cleans, deodorizes, and has so many uses around the home and kitchen, from laundry to pickling. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the strong vinegar smell it works amazingly, but the scent can linger a bit. Other than that, it’s excellent value and a super reliable household staple.

A much cheaper way to buy white vinegar, than the small bottles available in supermarkets. Having to buy two containers would have been a problem for me & lack of space. The problem was solved as my Daughter was keen to have one. There are many uses in cooking & cleaning, but a little goes a long way.

Here are the ways I use it most: The Microwave: I keep a spray bottle of straight vinegar. Spray the inside, leave it for 30 mins, and the grime wipes off with a damp cloth. No scrubbing and no chemical residue near my food. The Bathroom: I mix 50/50 vinegar and water with a few tablespoons of washing-up liquid. It cuts through bath and sink grime better than most expensive cleaners. Laundry: I put this in the fabric softener compartment. It kills musty smells (especially on towels) and cleans the machine at the same time. Don't worry—your clothes won't smell like a chip shop; they just come out smelling fresh. This white vinegar is fantastic value for money and works brilliantly. I mainly bought it to help neutralise dog odours in the garden, and it’s been really effective—noticeably fresher after using it.
