Amazing camera for interviews
I bought the Lenovo 300 FHD Webcam because my laptop’s inbuilt camera stopped working and I needed a webcam urgently for interviews and daily video calls. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. The video quality is really good. The 1080p lens gives a clear and sharp picture, which looks professional during interviews and meetings. The webcam is also very easy to set up — just plug and play without any complicated installation process. I did not face any lagging or connectivity issues while using it, which made the experience smooth and reliable. The built-in microphones also work decently for normal calls and interviews, so for most users there is no need for an external mic. The only thing I personally did not like was the ultra-wide field of view. For regular users, webcams are mostly used by a single person for interviews, office meetings, or daily calls, so capturing such a wide area feels unnecessary. It sometimes shows too much background, which I found a bit distracting. Other than that, the webcam performs really well for its price and purpose. If you need a simple, reliable webcam with good video quality for work, interviews, or online meetings, this is definitely a good option and totally recommended.

Must read if you are considering this
Let’s talk about this interesting webcam that comes at a very attractive price point. I can confidently say that it’s extremely hard to find a webcam around ₹5,000 that supports IR-based lighting along with a dedicated IR camera for Windows Hello face authentication — especially from a reputed brand like Lenovo. So, is it value for money? Absolutely yes. No doubt about that. Pros: 1. Supports Windows Hello face recognition with advanced IR sensor technology. 2. Decent image quality for regular usage. 3. Compatible with Nvidia Broadcast. 4. Noise-cancelling microphone works quite well. 5. Very clean, professional-looking camera design. 6. Excellent privacy shutter implementation. 7. Camera settings through Windows and NVIDIA Broadcast provide lots of customization options. 8. Fits modern edge-to-edge monitors nicely without obstruction, and the 360° ball hinge makes positioning very convenient. Cons: 1. Build material could have been better. The lens guard is plastic instead of tempered glass, which clearly feels like a cost-cutting measure. 2. Camera quality is decent, but don’t expect MacBook-level clarity. For example, during a video call, if someone asks you to show an Aadhaar card, the text may appear blurry depending on lighting conditions. Focus performance is average, which again seems like a compromise to maintain the affordable price point. 3. Only the white color variant is commonly available. I did notice a black version with a similar model number, but it costs above ₹10K, which was surprising. 4. In completely dark environments, the IR does not recognize faces as effectively as an iPhone. Verdict: If you want a stylish yet professional-looking Windows Hello-supported webcam for personal use, don’t need top-tier camera quality, and can live with the white color option (just like I did in my black PC setup), then this is definitely worth considering.

Crystal clear video and excellent overall quality!
I purchased the Lenovo 300 FHD Webcam for my older Dell Inspiron N5050 because the built-in camera wasn’t sufficient. Honestly, I’m truly satisfied. The Full HD 1080p video is crisp and clear and the ultra-wide 95° lens captures everything perfectly during video calls and online meetings. The dual built-in stereo microphones are great for capturing sound clearly. The flexible mount and 360° rotation let me position the camera exactly how I want, whether on my laptop or monitor. Setup was straightforward with the USB plug-and-play, and it works seamlessly. Overall, this webcam has significantly upgraded my video calling experience. For anyone with an older laptop or low-quality camera, the Lenovo 300 FHD is reliable, easy to use, and delivers excellent video and audio quality.

Go for it. Worth spending Rs. 2k
The overall performance is good. I mean we can't complain for webcams for being bad because we really nvr bothered about them before the pandemic and that's why no steps were taken to make then better. - But as of now, this particular camera is above average. - It has a wide angle lens. - It can record 1080p upto 30fps. - Built quality is great. It is made up of plastic but the quality is good. - It can trun 360 degree and you can also adjust angles. - It is just a plug and play camera, so there is no software support. - No digital zoom or crop functionality. I crop or zoom using OBS studio. - One thing to remember, don't use direct lightings on your face because the camera don't have auto exposure function. Use soft lighting on your face. Overall the camera quality is good enough to use it in meetings and online classes. You can use it for streaming too but I don't recommend to use it to record a facecam video. Use your phone instead.

Unreliable Camera, Faulty Product, and a Frustrating Return Experience
The camera has intermittent connectivity issues. It works for some time, then the video freezes or disconnects randomly before restarting again. Since the issue is inconsistent, it is difficult to reproduce on demand. What is more frustrating is that the return request was not accepted, and instead of acknowledging the issue, unnecessary questions were asked to defend a sub-quality product. Customer support felt more focused on avoiding the return than resolving the actual problem. Overall, unreliable performance and a disappointing return experience. Giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option.

Good webcam with Windows Hello
Seems to be just what I wanted. The camera quality looks good and you can adjust brightness, contrast, etc using windows settings. The view is widish but not too much for IMHO and better than the in-your-face view I had before. It sits nicely on my monitor and does not overlap visible area of the screen like my previous Logitech. Windows Hello seems to work as expected - which was the main reason I bought it. I've had once conference call since setting up the camera and told the sound was nice and clear when I asked.

O que chama a atenção logo de cara, é a angulação aberta. Ela capta até o que você tem certeza que não vai aparecer. Aparece. Em segundo lugar, a qualidade. A webcam do meu notebook é inferior às webcams da década de 90. A mudança é radical. A qualidade desse câmera é fenomenal.

Good Camera with Great Features
Review: Price (3/5): At a retail price of 69.99, the price is quite high, and put this device in competition with competitors like Logitech which offer similar or better quality, different styles all for smaller price (i.e. Brio 101, Brio 200, and C920x). Video Quality (4/5): The 1080p resolution delivers crisp and clear video, better than the average laptop camera. Although my Samsung GalaxyBook4 Pro has a signficantly better camera than this). It's fine for video conferences and online classes. If you are looking for extremely sharp and polished video recording, look elsewhere. Audio Quality (4/5): The dual microphones are shockingy good and provide clear and natural audio. Background noise is minimal, and the quality is consistent and reliable. Features (5/5): This is the reason to buy this camera. SO MANY FEATURES. The 4X digital zoom is great and can be accessed and changed though settings on Windows (check images attached to my review). The 95° wide-angle lens basically capures the entire room. The 360° rotation pan and tilt functionality allows you to positioning the camera exactly where you need it, and show physical documents or items during video calls without moving the whole setup. The built-in Windows Hello feature is a game-changer and the main reason I purchased this. For some devices, hello setup is easy, for others you may need enable external camera (check images attached to my review). Design and Build: i'm not going to rate this because it's subjective. This is another reason I purchased this webcam. I love the sleek, compact and professional design. It also feels sturdy and well-constructed, and the clip-on feature is secure. It also matches my Lenovo monitor. Just keep in mind that the white is not a true white at all, it's more of a silver/grayish white. Overall, the Lenovo HD 1080p Webcam (510 FHD) is a top-notch choice for anyone needing a decent camera from a reputable brand, with plenty of features that other brands do not offer at this price point. If you do not need these features, you would be able to get a webcam from other brands with similar quality for cheaper.

Great Quality and Easy Setup — Perfect for Work and Video Calls
I received my Lenovo HD 1080p Webcam (300 FHD) today, and I’m really impressed with how quickly it elevated the quality of my video calls. The picture is crisp, clear, and bright, even in average lighting. The autofocus works smoothly, and the broad field of view feels natural without distortion. Setup was effortless — I plugged it in, and it was ready to go within seconds. The built‑in microphone also performs better than I expected, picking up my voice clearly without background noise. Overall, this webcam is an excellent value for the price. If you need a reliable, professional‑looking camera for meetings, telehealth sessions, or staying connected with family, this one delivers exactly what it promises.
