Why is the best before date March?! I have a month to use nearly 200g spice.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Is there a printed date on the lid of the jar as well as on the label with the date 16/03/2022? Unfortunately, it is due to a print and communication mistake, the date should have been 16/12/2022. Some orders were shipped out before we've realised our mistake. I sincerely apologise for this. Is this the same as Ethiopian niter kibbeh?

No. This is mild chilli pepper flakes from a specific type of peppers grow in Turkey, niter kibbe is a type of spiced clarified butter.

Doesn't taste like the Israeli version in my opinion.

Chicken never tasted so nice

After many years of making our own blend up and every time getting it close but not quite right ,decided to buy a pre blended mix. The chicken we had it with never tasted so good , would recommend.

best shawarma ever

I purchased AMBA from the same producer. It was delicious. I wanted to try the chicken shawarma. Best shawarma ever. I will buy again without hesitation. Another reviewer said that it tastes like tika. That's completely misleading. This is proper shawarma.
