Does it help to reduce dry patches on face?

Yes! It relieves all kinds of dry patches for me, I have eczema and it works better than prescription creams I've used

Will this work for oily skin?

Very much doubt it would be the one to use for oily skin as it does contain Shera Butter. Try the Gren labelled one which is lighter.

When the level is low plunger wont work, can anyone help, please?

I cut through the bottom about 3/4 of the way down and scoop out the lotion and put it into a plastic container and scoop out what I ned. The remnants last me three weeks using my hands to moisturize. When I think what I used to throw away, before I read this tip…WOW

Does this work on a small rash?
